You built the AI factory.
This feeds it.

The world's largest emblem and patch manufacturer: 250 million products a year, 4,200 embroidery heads, faster than overseas. The factory got its AI transformation. The demand system never met it. This sheet specifies the machines a first CRO brings on day one, each stamped MEASURED or SYNTHETIC, because a revenue number you cannot source is a number you cannot forecast.

0%share of AI buyer answers · measured 7/28
0/30Claude recommendations · measured N=5
$0.00cost to measure it · the gap is worth millions

Eight exhibits, one operating cadence.

Here is what "operating cadence" means in plain terms: every exhibit below replaces a meeting or a wait. Monday at 8:00 the pipeline gets scrubbed from Exhibit B, stalled deals first. Every morning at 7:30 Exhibit D reports what competitors, tariffs, and deadlines did overnight. Quotes leave the building same-day through Exhibit C. Once a month Exhibit A measures who the AI engines recommend when buyers ask. Exhibit E writes the number I take to the CEO, with sources attached. Exhibit F meters what the AI itself costs. And G and H are the two builds World Emblem is missing. A revenue organization that runs on cadence does not need heroics.

EXHIBIT ADemand share · who AI names when buyers ask

MEASURED · 07/28

IN ENGLISH: when a buyer asks ChatGPT or Claude who to buy custom patches from, this is who gets named. The world's largest manufacturer ranks sixth. Their own acquired brand ranks last. I hold the ranked list of exactly which websites the engines cite, so this is a repair order, not a complaint.

Method: 7 brands scored identically against the same 60 buyer answers · Claude + ChatGPT · N=5 · neutral classifier · category: custom patch manufacturer. Asked directly, engines praise World Emblem. The reputation exists. The citations do not.

EXHIBIT BPipeline coverage · visitors become accounts

SYNTHETIC

IN ENGLISH: most website visitors never fill out a form, so most demand walks out the door invisible. This machine names the company anyway, scores whether it looks like a real program buyer, and hands sellers only the accounts worth their time, with the research already done.

Real stack: RB2B names the company behind the anonymous visit; my own live engine scores and routes it (the beacon light, top right). Weak records die before a seller sees them; opt-outs honored at the edge. Your first growth engine was winning competitors' customers one location at a time. This is that motion, automated.

EXHIBIT CQuote velocity · the machine that cannot lie

MEASURED RUN · 07/28

IN ENGLISH: I ordered my own quoting AI to make up a statistic. It refused, in the exact words a client would read. Then I planted a fake number in its sources and the guard caught that too. This replay is from a real run. A machine that cannot invent a number is the only kind allowed near pricing.

Why a CRO cares: same-day proposals for cents, margin integrity enforced in code. Speed wins, priced accordingly.

EXHIBIT DMarket signals · the 07:30 brief

SYNTHETIC

IN ENGLISH: an agent reads competitor pricing pages, tariff schedules, and deadline pages every morning and reports only what changed. The part that matters: when it cannot see a page, it says "unknown, here is why" instead of pretending nothing happened. Most dashboards lie by silence. This one escalates its own blindness.

Doctrine: a failed fetch renders UNKNOWN with a reason, never "no change." Silence gets escalated. The real watcher runs itself daily for about $1.50 a month.

EXHIBIT EThe morning number · forecast with provenance

SYNTHETIC

IN ENGLISH: one morning brief that says what moved, what stalled, and what needs a decision, and every number carries its source. When a number could not be read, it says so instead of showing a zero, because a broken pipe and a real zero are different facts. This is the argument-ending version of a forecast.

Moved · 3 deals advanced+$412K
Stalled · over 21 days in stage2 deals
Needs a decision · discount vs floor14% vs 10%
Margin by plantaccess_denied · shown honestly, never as zero
Every number knows its source. When finance and sales argue, this ends the meeting. Built for the goal already on record: double revenue in five years without doubling the people. Revenue per employee is the KPI; this board is how it gets managed.

EXHIBIT FCost governor · AI on a leash

SYNTHETIC

IN ENGLISH: every AI agent in the fleet has a cost meter, recomputed from raw usage instead of trusted from a report. Anything that touches money or the brand stops and waits for a human signature. This is the discipline that makes an AI bet safe to run a company on.

Demand engine agents$61.20 / mo
Quote drafting$9.84 / mo
Anything touching money or brandHUMAN APPROVAL GATE
Governed autonomy: per-run cost recomputed from tokens, never trusted as stored. The bet only works with a meter on it.

EXHIBIT GThe HubSpot rebuild · one truth for three brands

THE PLAN

IN ENGLISH: HubSpot is already in the building. My stack audit found HubSpot tracking on worldemblem.com and HubSpot forms on Custom Genie, sitting on three different web platforms with no shared customer identity. The CRM exists; the truth does not. Here is how it becomes the revenue system of record.

  • One customer graph across World Emblem, Hero's Pride, and Custom Genie.Company records deduped on domain, so a fire department buying badges from one brand and patches from another reads as one account, and cross-sell finally has a number.
  • Program deals as first-class objects, buying committee mapped.Association labels for advocate, neutral, and blocker on every enterprise program. A $250M plan is won in committees, not inboxes.
  • Lifecycle stages with exit conditions, not vibes.A deal moves when a defined thing happens: sample approved, spec accepted, PO issued. Forecast accuracy starts here.
  • Enrichment before routing: RB2B, Clay, n8n append; sellers receive finished accounts. No seller ever researches what a machine already knows.
  • Quotes tied to deals, so quote turnaround becomes a measured SLA.You cannot manage a speed you do not measure, and their whole brand is speed.
  • Sequences that stop for a human before anything sends.Automation with a signature line. Same governance as everything on this sheet.
Works the same in Salesforce. The machine is CRM-agnostic; the discipline is not optional.

EXHIBIT HThe federal lane · selling where the rulebook is public

THE PLAN

IN ENGLISH: the government publishes exactly how to sell to it, and most vendors never read the manual. I have. World Emblem's tariff story leads with Mexico and the Dominican Republic, which is exactly backwards for defense: DoD-funded uniform work must be US-made. The American floors are a protected lane nobody is marketing.

  • Sell the US floors to DoD, the nearshore speed to everyone else.Berry-covered work cannot come from Mexico or the DR. Two products, two flags, zero conflict.
  • Get certified where insignia is gated.Official military insignia runs through a certified-manufacturer list; a top competitor is on it. Certification is a moat you can stand on for years.
  • Own the DLA relationship.Military clothing and insignia flow through DLA Troop Support in Philadelphia. Won with compliance depth and lot consistency, not price.
  • Arm small-business dealers to win set-asides.At $168M you are not the small business. Your dealers can be. Publish the procurement-grade package; let certified partners carry it into awards.
  • Publish compliance content as demand generation.Procurement people search clause language and arrive pre-qualified. At my defense client, seventeen compliance pages are the pages that convert. My receipts: a $50M DoD grant authored, foreign reliance cut more than 80 percent.
Police and fire run the same playbook at city scale: get spec'd into department uniform policies (a ten-year annuity per department), arm the dealer network, publish the FR-compatibility data buyers ask for.

AI-native operator for an AI-native CEOEXCEEDSTen years building AI that touches money: the audits on this page, a quoting machine that refuses to fabricate, an autonomous market watcher, governed fleets with cost meters. Custom systems, not chat prompts. The failed ones got published.
Held the CRO title beforeNOOn purpose, said plainly: I have done the CRO work without the CRO authority, and moved the number anyway. That ceiling is the exact reason I am in this search. Give the authority, the constraint comes off.

The proof, clickable.

De-identified twins and labeled demonstrations of production systems. Production, not slideware.

Tolerance on claims: ±0. Synthetic exhibits are stamped. Measured exhibits cite method and date. One metric above renders as access_denied on purpose, because a broken pipe and a zero are different facts. Six standing rules and fourteen failure patterns govern every machine here, each paid for by a real defect that fired in production. Ten years of building AI that touches money; the ones that failed got published, not shipped.
